By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following,
Full Payment is Via PAYPAL Only! ( Unless Otherwise Stated! ) All Prices are in USD
It Must Be Paid Upfront Before I Start On Your Commission!
Please Pay Your Commission Once I Accepted It! You'll Have A Time Frame Of 24 Hrs To Pay Before I Cancel Your Commission!
Costumer must have a Visual Reference of the character. I will not accept written descriptions or multitudes of google images. ( If this happens you'll be charge with a Character Custom Design on top of your original commission!! )
I DON'T DO REFUNDS
I Have The Right To Decline Your Commission If It Makes Me Uncomfortable!
Must Be At Least 18 Years Old To Commission Me
If There's A Deadline To When You Want Your Commission Please Let Me Know!
Please Do Not Trace / Copy / Repost / Heavily Reference My Art Without My Permission!
Commissioned Works May Be Used By Their Respective Commissioners Only ( Must Credit Me!)
Commissions Are To Be Used For Personal Use Only! I Don't Allow Others To Make Money Off Of My Art. Please Contact Me For Commercial Prices!
As the Artist, I Still have FULL Right of my Work, Meaning I can

That my work is for digital goods, meaning you won't get a physical product unless it's purchased through my store for an additional fee.
Customers would get a PNG non watermark version of their commission sent through Email or in Private Message.
I have the right to blacklist you if you go against my T.O.S (Both for commissions and adoptions)

By purchasing adopts from me you are agreeing to the following,
Purchased Adopts must be paid in FULL Via Paypal unless otherwise stated! Prices are in USD!
Costumer will have 24 HRS to pay for the design before it's put up for sale.

If you're using the Purchased Design for Commercial Use, it must be mentioned to me before purchase and an Additional fee of $50 would be added to your total price! (however the artwork itself can't be used for commercial use!) This also applies if you're using my designs for Vtubing!
Designs may be traded, re-sold, and gifted. If a design has been traded or gifted previously, you may still re-sell it for a reasonable price.
Designs may be edited after purchase.
Designs are a digital purchase. There will be no physical copy. And I still hold the right of my work.
Custom design work falls under personal commissions' section information.
You may edit my designs to be part of closed species!
